Hey Directors,
Just wanna say "Good Job" for successful pitching today.
Looks like we got a workable project and Ed seems very pleased.
I know it's on the holiday, but a true filmmaking never rest! haha.
I think we should not waste a whole holiday. Let's get some work done.
Noon (12pm) Wednesday the 22nd, I will meet all of you at AIT.
We are going to spend a few hours planning out the shooting.
It's okay to assume the planning should wrapped up around 4 pm.

Directors...Meeting on Monday
Hey Directors,
Don't forget about our meeting at 10 am on Monday Morning in regard of AIT steadicam project.
Please be there on time, cause there is a fire drill at 11am. We might be forced to cut our meeting short if we can't process our meeting on time. Cheers. Have a nice weekend.
